Carol...your theory on Reily's levels are on the money!!! her last 17 hydroxprogesterone (ms) came back over 2000...I had already increased her to 12.5 mg hydrocortizone per day and now have gone to 15 mg. ( 5mg x 3 per days) I a week I will increase to 17.5 per day and then wait a few weeks to  do another draw.

I agree that since her body quit it's own production of cortisol it explains why she has crashed so many times.

When you told me about Nick getting ill so many times without going  to the hospital I was shocked! Reily gets ill once and it is a definitely trip to the ER.. I hope was we get her levels more in check, we will be able to deal with it better.

Reily did have an increase in odor and hair production too...Please refresh my memory about suggestions on other tests (puberty etc..)  she weighs 63 lbs. and is 44" tall, her cortisol level was 29 (I think) and like I said 17 hydroxprogesterone a little over 2000.

Sorry for the long post...Otherwise we are keeping it together.  New job is going well, life is still a major struggle...but we are facing it day by day.
