Please search your heart. Is the decision to subject your daughter to clitoral surgery truly best for her or is it what makes YOU feel best? Your daughter will have to live with the consequences of your decision all of her life. If you decide on the surgery she will have no power to correct that decision if SHE someday decides it was the wrong choice.
