Hi my son Wesley was also diagnosed at 4 years old and he also has the bone age of 13 years we live in the U.K and he is given a Zoladex injection every 3 months it is painfull and he hates it but a recent x-ray showed his bones have stopped ageing since the injections began we havent had any real problems with his temperature as yet but I would probably increase the medication first and ask questions later if the need arises.
