Hi, You need to give Ambar a shot of Solucortef and head to the ER. Don't trust that the tablets will be absorbed into her bloodstream. I have CAH and have gone throught the same thing. I called my neighbor to give me the solucortef shot and that was the only thing that helped (that and a bag of fluids in the ER). Don't mess around with it. If she is shaking (been there too) she's pretty sick. I always take more steroids when I'm shaky, and I'm not a saltwaster either (don't know is she is).
