My understanding also was that the cortef was there to replace what your body alcked.  I have brought many over the counter things for Jesse and he has also ben on quite a few different antibiotics without any problems what so ever.  I didn't even think honestly that when buying them that it would be a problem with his other meds being for the above reason.
