Tooth trauma

Not a big deal?  Or a big deal?

Tonight Brayden slipped in the shower falling on his face. OUCH. He cut his bottom lip pretty good. I don't think it looks like it needs a stitch, but hard to tell with the swelling. However his top front tooth, a baby tooth, has been knocked down and to the right ( left if you are looking at him ) Of course I am taking him first thing in the morning to the pediatric dentist. What should I do with the cortef? How much of a trauma is this? It is so hard when regular traumas become more complex from the CAH.

Also, I know he was tired, but it concerns me that he quickly fell asleep after falling. Poor thing cried himself to sleep.

I will double the cortef tonight and triple it in the morning before I take him to the dentist. I was wondering if any of you had any like this happen?
