I guess I was one of the lucky ones who had no side effects, although I was only on it for 10 weeks and not the whole pregnancy.  If anything, I guess I could say that my appetite had increased, but then again it did with my first pregnancy when I wasn't taking Dex, maybe it is just a pregnancy thing.
