Lisa DI don't know a great deal either but I know when I last went to the endo Jesse's was high. We tried to drop his florinef back to just once a day as his renin levels were consistenly good but instead of the .7 it normally was it jumped to 11.2. He hadn't been eating much at all so I thought he might have been undersuppressed but my endo said it was probably because his renin levels were too high as his other levels were spot on. So consequently we are back to florinef twice a day. I hope this helps a bit, I will be interested in what other people have to say.
