Thank you all for taking the time to reply to my quandry you have all said pretty much what I was thinking anyway! I suppose it,s hard letting go of those apron strings at anytime  but more so for my special girl! I've only just got the school to accept that I don't need to go on every outing with them just in case and really don't want to make other parents feel that they don't want to invite her for the same reasons but at the same time her personal safety from harm or illness is paramount, then again when I have kids over I'm paranoid in case they hurt themselves and they've got normal adrenal glands!

Oh the joys of being a parent!!!!!!
