Joan, please review...I asked the doctor what Reily's Renin level was...this is the first I've heard that it was too high...Her last 17 Hydroxprogesteron was at 2000....she has had three emergencies visits since they started her on hydrocortizone.  She know takes 15 mg. per day, 5/5/5...

Carol had a interesting comment on the bone age as to how educated are the folks reading it.  I have never felt comfortable about the care she has had since last Feb. when we started down this road...I really need help as we are stuck in a HMO.. Any input from this board would be greatly appreciated :)

"We have had success with her bone age.  The results currently show her to have the same bone age of 6 years 10 months that she had 7 months ago.  I would expect it to start to increase later as her chronological age increases.

Her only rennin level was done last April and was 1039 (nl 100-650).  In light of that she may have some mild salt wasting and therefore florinef may be helpful for that reason.

The flu shot should be given as soon as possible.  Don't wait for an appointment but schedule for an injection appointment this week.  The second shot needs to be given after a wait of one month.  We may be getting into flu season by a month from now so don't wait"
