I am losing my private insurance 01/01/01 and have to begin managed care with Cigna at that time.  What sort of experiences (positive or negative) has anyone had in dealing with an HMO and CAH?  Has anyone had to fight for hospitalization, or had hospital coverage denied?  What about emergency treatment?  I have a tumor in the adrenal gland besides CAH and need an adrenalectomy, and I am very worried that it is going to take a heck of a fight and I don't have the energy.  Any comments appreciated.  Thank You.
