Hi  there everyone.  Just a quick note from experience I do not have Cigna but another similar type of policy.  If you follow your insurance rules/policies and stay with their providers I have not had problems.  Get referrals when/if nedded and there should be minimal hassle with the company.  If all else fails call and question the company -- especially if they refuse to pay for something.  They hate (at least my company does) when someone asks questions.  Even call and ask before having blood work/going to new MD to be sure yoou know how the policy/company work.  Also be sure to get the names of people that you talk to in case there are problems down the road later.
