I am working on a legislative study on the feasibility of adding CAH to the newborn screening tests offered here in Virginia. I am looking at what cost savings might be achieved by doing this so would be interested to hear from Virginia parents who have had catastrophic hospitalization costs that could have been prevented by early identification of the disease. Please be assured this in not the ONLY thing we are considering, it is just information that is difficult to come by and the legislators will be asking for. Thank you for your assistance. Mary
