In my opinion HMOs are a mistake. Not necessarily for CAH but for everyone. You save a little money in some things but somewhere, someone is paying for it doen the road. The fact that a person has to keep a 3 ring binder and write down everyone's name says it all. More people are required just to do paperwork and verify coverge. Maybe someday we will have coverage for all in this country.
