Julia get Lupron Depot 11.25MG Ped (white plastic package with kids on it). The type they sent is Lupron Depot - 3 month 11.25MG (blue package with a woman on it). The correct dose, but the diluent is different to make it last 3 months (I think). For some reason I don't have to pay at all, the insurance picks up the whole cost. This is why, even with my 4th child on the way, I don't want to quit my job (great benefits and I only work part time). Check with your doctor. If it is still good for you, I'll send them over.
