I agree how can you put a price on saving a life!! I live in Virginia and in 1993 my son was born at Fairfax hospital and he had CAH but no one knew he had it. He almost died at 5 weeks.  He was in the PICU for a week and the bill was over $30,000.  I thank god that he is alive and doing fine now!! The newborn CAH test would have prevented the bill and he almost died!!  It was a miracle that he didn't die.
