I too suffer from very dry skin (we live in MN)

I recently discovered a lotion that I love. The only problem is that someone gave it to me. She works in a nursing home and it was given as a sample. I have not yet tried to buy it over the counter, but I am praying it is available. It is called Sensi-Care by ConvaTec. The tube I have says "moisturizing body cream" on the side. It is fragrance free. Prior to using it my hands were actually cracking. Now they aren't exactly baby soft, but they are much, much better.

One other thing I have discoered is that if I am at all dehydrated my skin is even drier than dry. I really try to drink extra water in the winter.
