Hi Tonia,

I am from WI so I know what you mean about cold weather, right now it is 23 below zero with the windchill factor.  My 21 month old CAH salt-wasting daughter has terrible dry itchy skin and the only lotion that works on her is called Neutrogena Body Emulsion.  It is in a white bottle with blue lettering and the Norwegian(?) flag on the front and it says Norwegian formula.  I use the fragrance-free kind since I figure the less chemicals the better for her skin.  It really works on her skin, I slather her up real good after a bath and then I put it on once a day in the morning when I am getting her dressed for the day.  It works better than a lotion her pediatrician prescribed and it is much cheaper.  I buy it at Wal-mart and it is about $7 a bottle.  I sure hope this helps.
