Hello everyone!!  I have a 6 month old daughter with salt-wasting CAH.  We were just at the ped. endo. for her check-up and her 17ohp was high (I don't know the exact numbers) and her blood pressure was also high.  So, he decreased her Florinef to 1 pill a day, (she was on a pill and 1/2 a day) and increased her Cortef to 1/2 pill in the morning, 1/2 in the afternoon, and 1 whole pill at night.  (She was on 1/2 pill three times a day)  My problem, she won't sleep.  She has been getting up in the middle of the night all week to eat and then won't go back to sleep, she is up for hours.  She has also be eating like a piggy, more than she ever has before.  This has all just started since her meds. were switched, and that was on Monday.  We are suppose to take her back in 2 weeks to get the blood work done, so all of her levels can be checked again.  Has this happened to anyone else after a medication change?  I am so sleep deprived, I can't think anymore, HELP!!!!!!!!!
