I took both my CAH boys to the endo yesterday with mixed results. My four year old is doing fine, a little oversuppressed, but grwoing fine and sticking to his curve and still on the skinny side, maybe a little puffy in the cheeks. But Endo said all is well. My little one has fallen off both the height and weight chart. He is well controlled also, if not a bit oversuppressed. He weighs 21 lbs and is 21 mos old. He is very active and not a good eater either. Endo wanted to maybe decrease the cortef so help with growth, but I said what will that do to his weight? So he is keeping dose the same, with blood drawn in 3 mos. He takes a "low" dose according to his endo, 2.5 mg, 1.25, 1.25 per day. I must say I am bit worried. Anything I should do? Any advice would be appreciated.
