My daughter is 4 1/2yrs old and has the salt wasting form of CAH. She wears a pullup to bed and some mornings it is extremely wet (right through). I haven't been too concerned about it because I know that she loses a lot of fluid due to her condition but people around me are making me feel as though I should correct the situation now. Are there any other parents whose children have or had this? Could it be CAH related or am I masking a potential problem? Thanks
