Natilie my daughter who is now 17 went through years of problems.  She did have surgery several times over several years, I think 5 by the time she was 7.  Her bladder did not empty either, does your daughter dribble urine at all?  Finally after many tests and UTI's and kidney infections, they found a hole had formed between her uninary canal and vagina, maybe because the extra urine all the time or scar tissue had formed, but at 15 she had hopefully her final surgery to correct this problem.  I don't if our girls have the same problem but some of your daughters symtons sure sounds familiar.  Hope this helps
