There are a few good things to put....and a few things NOT to put. We have 'adrenal insufficiency - cortisol dependent' on our daughter's. You'll probably get some good ideas from others on this board. I think we've pretty much realized trying to put 'CAH' on there would only confuse ER/EMT people.
