We have this mid day med problem too. Most times I remember. But just last week I put her down for a nap without her mid day dose. She was still sick and she really needed it. I felt so bad. It's usually up to me to remember. I ask my husband to help but that doesn't always happen. I, too, don't like to wear a watch. I've thought of getting one and setting the timer for the mid day dose and keeping it with the meds. They are always with us so i'd hear sooner or later. Good luck with this one. It was definately easier when she was on two doses a day. I know this could be better for her. We go to the endo on Monday, first time since her switch. I'm very curious.
