I would reccommend a bracelet. That is where most EMT's will look first. I recommend being specific. Adrenal insufficency; in case of trauma or stress give cortisol. Our daughter's is adjustable and it's silver and attractive. She gets many comments on it. I used to explain to everyone what it was now I just smile! I ordered it over the phone.
