We used to keep a strict timetable with meds until Liam was old enough to tell us he got a sore stomach if the meds were taken without food.  Since he was three he has been on a 2 times a day regime and we always give thwe meds a meal times.  This is normally always in an hour window or so but certainly not regimented.  He takes his morning dose on his own when he wakes up but does forget from time to time, so it can be a bit later before we have checked. 

Does the doseage timetable have to be so regimented.  I would like to hear from some adult CAH board member who have been doing this a lot longer that most of us.
