I  also would recommend not putting CAH - CAH also stands for CHRONIC ACTIVE HEPATITIS and that is more often the first thought of an EMT/Medic.  As the others said "Adrenal Insufficiency - treat with Solu-Cortef" or "Adrenal Insufficiency Type III."
