I too don't regiment the meds.  His first one for the day isd when he wakes up natually which can be anywhere from 6.300-7.30 but the other 2 are uaually always around the same time unless he's still having his lunchtme nap.  My sons 18 months old now and I've found a long as I space them quite evenly apart(every 8 hours) it's always been fine.  He's always been on tablet form and hiis bloodwork has always been spot with never a problem,so it seems to work for him.  On the odd occasion I have forgotten the middle dose but I just give it to him whern i remember it.  It's only once in a blue moon and not a regular occurance so I don't think there will be a problem.

I'm lucky now as I'm taking dex for my second pregnancy 3 x a day at the same times a sJesse's meds so I've got double the reason to remember!
