Shaun I am from the UK - don't know anything about the UK organisation offering a central data base has the relevant medical information about a patient on it - I would love to know more about it.  Can I ask which Endo's you saw in the UK.  Thanks! Has the UK Board disappeared?  I haven't always got access to the net.
