Order a small one (5 inch - I think) one from the sports ID site that I posted above.... it will last for a long time and doesn't get scatched up or hard to read. It is only $6.99. And come in cute colors. Like you said  as a baby - put it on her leg and then on her wrist as she grows. No annual fees  - like medical alert... and like I said can you image the 1-800 not working.. they put you on hold.. or you didn't pay the fee.. or the computer is down and you are in a panic anyway... what the heck!! The paper insert is much easier and you can write all the information on it and there is it right at the medic hand.
