Thanks for your response, Carol.  Julia is almost 12 years now, so her pediatric endo feels like the timing is right for puberty.  Julia had the LHRH test when she was diagnosed and it was negative.  She is actually far behind all of her friends in breast and pubic hair development.  Her doctor and I need to discuss results of blood work this week, and I'll mention Luprin to her again at that time.
