I am so glad you gave the solu-cortef and didn't wait!!! I think the the prescriptions of cortef should have this on the label. The doctors didn't tell me how important it was and my daughter died at age 2 from an adrenal crisis. She had a fever and the doctor on call- said to just double the cortef and stop calling. Do not take chances!!! I hope that you son feel better soon. He will with the injection and IV - without it - adrenal shock!! Roberta - preston@kreative.net
