Here is the link to Dr. Garry Warne's CAH book titled "Your Child With Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia."  Dr. Warne is associated with the Australian CAH Support Group and has been for many years.  He wrote this booklet in 1989 - and it does discuss an adrenal crisis and a whole lot more.  The booklet is 32 pages long and it proves how much was known about CAH when he wrote the book in 1989 (he knew more than so many endos know now!!!).
