Roberta, I sent you an email yesterday with my congratulations. I want to add how happy I am that you found the strength to have another child after the loss of your angel, Jessica. I am sure she is very proud of you up in heaven. I have come to the conclusion that the best thing we can do for our children is love them each and everyday as if it might be the last. Each time a CAH child dies we ALL suffer a loss right along with them. We are like one big family and feel the grief as if the child was our own. We will be there in your happiness as well Roberta. Please post as soon as you find out about the CAH testing. Laura brought up a good point about the solu-cortef injection. It seems to me that many of the children that have died were not given the shot or it was given too late. Could any of you confirm or deny that thought for me? If that is the case, we all have a lot of work, and educating to do!! Congratulations again Roberta and good job on the newborn screening!!!!!
