If Dr. Haider or his office staff does get a packet together, I would be interested as well.  It would have been such a God Send to have received some printed information from the Ped. Endo in the beginning.  At least we were told (not shown though) about the Solu-Cortef injection at the hospital.  Thanks for all your hard work, you are worth your weight in gold.
