My daughter was diagnosed at the age of 3, but should have been at birth.  She has simple virilizing CAH and the signs were there, but we were told that the enlarged clitoris was not anything more than the EXTREME end of normal.  Anyway, at that time, her bone age was about 7 or 7-1/2.  When she was 5 she was also diagnosed with precocious puberty and a more advanced bone age.  Today, she is 12 yrs 5 mos and her last bone age was 13-1/2.
