I agree with Stefanie.  I have CAH and lead a relatively normal life.  I don't give CAH much conscious (sp?) thought:  I take my pills and see my endo when I am supposed to.  I've done my share of college binge drinking.  Something you should consider:  when you are older, you probably won't be taking meds 3 times a day (you will also know when you need more or less meds - time to see the doctor).  I take dex once a day and have done so since I was 19.  It is so ingrained in me to take my meds that no matter how blotto I was, the last thing I did before sleeping was take my drugs.  I always carried a couple of nights worth with me.

I didn't think I had a choice about the meds:  take them or die.  Seems pretty clear cut to me.
