Are we talking about the same thing?! The EpiPen that I have for Jonah is an auto-inject "pen" that has epinephrine in it, in case of a severe allergic reaction (he has a life threatening milk allergy). I am certain that this technology could be easily modified to give a shot of emergency solu-cortef, but have never seen or heard of anything like this - that is already available on the market - for solu cortef. The EpiPen that we have is manufactured for "Dey, Napa, California, by Meridian Medical Technologies, Inc., Columbia, MD, 21046. The dose of solu cortef would obviously be dependant on the size of the child using it. Sorry if this is not the info you are looking for - it's all I know!! Blessings!
