That is called an injecto-vile. Ours says:

Salu-Cortef

hydrocortisone sodium succinate for injection USP

100 mg*

The ones that we have here at the house now we got last year and it expires in October 2003

Hope this helps and is what you need. I didn't even know that they sold it pre mixed salu-cortef. They told us to keep this 24 hours (in the fridge) after it is mixed and then if we don't use the remainder of the bottle to throw it away.
