Hi!

I was told by my endo to stress 24hrs.AFTER fever or what ever was wrong,  then the next 24 hrs do 1 1/2 dosage the normal , then back to normal. I think the step down really helps them and makes sure that you re- enforce the stress dose, hope it helps. Kathryn
