  I would like to congratulate you on your pregnancy!! You are truly blessed.  I myself can't thank you enough for all your wisdom.  I always have had the Soluf-Cortef but not instructed to use it the way you instruct, and personally I go with you and plan on telling my end at the next visit in a few weeks.  You have given me great comfort when I have been so scared.  

My heart breaks for you due to the loss of your daughter Jessica.  Please don't blame yourself.  It is the way we have all been taught, but you are now teaching the smart and cautious way.  You have always been an advocate for CAH and I know you will continue to.  I live in PA so I cannot help with you newborn screening test.
