Do you place the Inject-ease on the skin and flick the trigger, which deploys the needle into the skin and THEN, you have to push the plunger?  In the end, it saves you having to plunge the needle, dart like into the skin only?  I've never heard of this and I'm still deciding if I should invest in one?  HHHHEEEEELLLPPPP!
