There is a fee of $3.00 for each booklet ordered.  This booklet is well worth the $3.00 and is the reference I pull out everytime I'm in doubt.  This address was supplied to me earlier by another parent on the board (Thanks again).

We are on our 4th Endo in the 2 1/2 years since our son was diagnosed and have yet to receive any papers or pamphlets regarding CAH from any of the Endos.  I wonder if the Diabetics are handled this way too? 

Because of this Board, we have the P.E.N.S. Booklet, ER letter, knowledge and instructions on the Solu-Cortef injection, access to the CAH Booklet by Garry Warne, useful links provided by Danny, etc. as well as other tid bits from you wonderful parents who have to deal with this disorder on a daily basis.  I'm soooo thankful for this Board!
