Liam(9yrs) had a filling and 4 teeth pulled out to make room for his adult teeth in Oct.  He had three appointments and we tripled his morning dose for each 9am appointment.  This was his first dentist trip because his teeth have been great and  because he was not phased by it just had each tooth numbed.  Caleb is quite a bit younger but I would not allow them to put him to sleep because the risks are not worth it.   We were also lucky in that his denitist is in a paediatric hospital but they were very insistant about not using a general anesthetic(?).

I would triple Calebs highest dose of the day because as many off us have mentioned, emoitional stress is a factor and a valid reason for increasing hydrocortisone a bit.  Good luck tonight.
