If you haven't done so already - check your state's department of health services to see what kind of care they can provide your daughter.  If I am not mistaken most states have programs for children with chronic medical conditions available on a sliding scale basis.   They should take care of all CAH related needs while she is excluded from your family coverage.  It is critical that she continues to receive appropriate treatment.  Best of luck to you and your family.
