Hope I don't mess up the results of your survey, but our situation was a little different...

1. Not sure when the draw was done, but we heard the results on day 12! 

2. Not sure. Baby was in NICU from birth till day 6 with respiratory problems.

3. 2nd test done on day 13 and confirmed it.

4. No

5. Ped endo, tho the pediatrician had received the results.

6. Not that I know of.
