I understand what you are saying about having the surgeries performed only at specialty hospitals. But, I feel it is inaccurate to call the surgery for CAH girls "sex reassignment". Sex reassignment is when biologically the person is one sex and the surgery is to make them appear the opposite. In CAH girls, they are xx and the surgery is to have them in alignment with xx.
