 My name is Aimee. It would mean a lot to me if you would read my response posting on the CAH adult board. It is under A BETTER CHOICE FOR GIRLS.... ABOUT THE 16 th message down. I posted it on Jan. 20th. I have non salt wasting CAH. I was tested and I have only female chromosomes. My clitoris was about the size of my pinky finger and that was when I was relaxed.

 It bothers me that something like this can cause so much anger. I have never felt like I was mutilated only that the doctors did the best that they could at the time. I'm going to write something that I have never told anyone about. As a five year old I knew that little girl puppies were smooth and little boy puppies were not. I realized that surgery was necessary so I could look like the rest of the girls. I do hope that the surgeries have  improved since 1975.
