Hang in there Laura!  So glad she is not vomitting.  Iv'e alternated Tylenol and Motrin too, as well as give baths to keep fever down.  Hope you both feel better soon.  My daughter has a red Pooh backpack with an emergency kit in it.  It goes with her everywhere, and I always hang it on her closet door so I can always find it in emergency.  I also have a first aid kit with her emergency meds in it in my kitchen cupboard, so that is always accessible too.  Good luck and many prayers.
