Carol,I would be glad to answer your question(at least I'll try)He was first diagnosed with CAH because newborntest results were very high.We had these tests for 3 times until his age of 2 months.All of them were high but he was growing in a regular way,had no problems with his health.He was not salt wasting.There was a doctor who wanted us to wait for 6 months to see what will happen but we couldn't wait,not to risk our child.Perhaps we should have waited.Dr.Brook's determination doesn't depend on clinical symptoms,may be something that helped him to take this decision.Well,I don't really know what he was looking for.My son wasn't tall as the children with the same age.Dr.Brook did 2 blood tests to be sure.I'm also looking forward to receiving the test results and his report.
